2. Products and Pricing

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Dhaka Gadget reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
  • Product Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3. Orders and Billing Accuracy

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. However, we reserve the right to verify the order via phone call before processing it.
  • Right to Limit: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (Name, Phone Number, Address) for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Partners: We use third-party courier services (e.g., Steadfast Courier, Pathao, etc.) to deliver your products.
  • Delivery Timeline: While we aim to deliver within 72 hours, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company, political unrest, bad weather, or traffic.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on your location (Inside Dhaka: 90 TK, Outside Dhaka: 150 TK) and are subject to change by the courier companies.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Please review that page to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

  • Note: Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake is on our end.

6. Official Brand Warranty

For products that come with a warranty, the terms are dictated by the respective Brand/Manufacturer. Dhaka Gadget acts as a facilitator. We do not provide our own warranty for branded items unless explicitly stated. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for details.

Dhaka Gadget shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. (For example: If a third-party charger damages your phone, we are responsible for the value of the charger only, not the phone).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
